Galaxy Yabao Hi-Tech Enterprises Headquarter Park by 10 Design

By integrating modern and high-tech building, Galaxy Yabao Hi-Tech Enterprises Headquarter Park ambition is to create a one stop hi-tech park where people can enjoy well-balanced life, working and living environment. Designed by 10 Design Architects, this project will be the bridge that connects a pristine rural landscape with a rapidly growing city, situated close to the central zone of Futian Distric, ShenZhen, China. Tony Huang, the developer of Galaxy Group, said that this park has been designed to be a mix-used complex that people from a wide variety of community can enjoy it, from shopping, living, working to tourism. Due to its unique location, this park could be the word’s first infrastructure that is located between beautiful two natural lakes.

Massar Children’s Discovery Center in Damascus by Henning Larsen Architects

The Massar Children’s Discovery Center is believed to be the heart of Syrian educational programme – Massar. This Children Discovery Center is built to emphasize the importance of science-based, hands-on experience activities for young Syrians for their innovative future development. The building is located in the heart of Damascus and has exhibition, library as well as administration spaces. Desgiend by Henning Larsen Architects, this project will be a main attraction surrounded by a new 170,000m² public realms. The design of the structure is influenced by the unique Damask rose. It has shell structure that allows a dazzling scenography of light beams into the interior. The core of the rose has a big communal orientation space- the place where a cross pollination of knowledge occurs. The central region under the open sky confronts the normal horizontal movement in the Arab city.

Replay II Exterior : Outdoor Garden in Small Patio at Replay’s Store in Barcelona by Vertical Garden Design

You’ll spot beautiful vertical garden in the patio when visit Replay’s store in Barcelona. This is Replay II Exterior project by Vertical Garden Design that boasts beautiful Mediterranean plants on its southwest facing wall that is exposed to the hot Mediterranean sun while the lower part is mostly in shadow.

The area of the wall where it gets better sun exposure, Vertical Garden Design planted Lavandula, Rosmarinus and Artemisia while on the lower part, they planted Chlorophytum and Fatsia. The main objective for Replay II Exterior is to create a strong and wild growing surface, contrasting the metal grid from which it extends.

Earth Bricks project by Atelier Tekuto was born out of the concern of the material usage to build a house that can affect the environment and economy. At this moment, Japan is facing the situation where the usage of imported wood are increasing compared to domestic timber due to the economical reason while at the same time we are facing the “Century of Environment”. Wood is actually an environmentally friendly material as wood is renewable, however if we harvest the wood from endangered and old-growth wood, this makes the material is environmentally unfriendly.

The Wing House features a unique topography, offering panoramic views of the nearby mountain range. Tony Duqutte was the one who originally developed more than 21 exclusive structures in this site, incorporating many objects over the globe. Highly inspired by the isolated hills of Malibu property, renowned David Hertz Architects desired to unveil a design for this elegant house, which would allow for passable views of the stunning mountain ranges adjoining the sites.

Capsule Hotel Made from Waste Materials

Capsule hotel project is the result from the research based on the recycle and reuse of waste materials. The architect’s plan was to travel over Europe by boat in search of local wastes that can be turned into re-usable objects. An enclosed boat is used as a base of this project. The designer from REFUNC was fascinated with the ‘real’ industrial stuff and chose the survival capsules which were affordable.

Surrounded by large cultivated garden, this teahouse naturally becomes part of nearby pine forest and its southern edge. TuboHotel in Mexico is Constructed of Recycled Concrete Pipes

TuboHotel in Mexico was inspired by Café Five where the T3arc architect realized the need to build inexpensive room for users. They found the work of Andreas Strauss architect in 2006, Desparkhotel where he utilized recycled concrete pipes for hotel rooms. This innovative design captivated the client to decide to build a hotel with the same characteristics as the Desparkhotel in Tepoztlan. Situated in a tourist attraction, this hotel has beautiful panoramic view of the Sierra del Tepozteco. TuboHotel is located in a wooded setting with natural surrounding environment.

JustK Eco House By Amunt Taking Advantage Of All Of The Natural Surroundings And Weather Conditions

The JustK Eco House project by designers Bjorn Martenson, Sonja Nagel together with Jan Theissen, started in 2007 has been completed in 2010 with big success. Named as AMUNT, this project takes advantage of the natural surroundings plus weather conditions. Everything aspect of this project has been detailed so that there is a look to the prospect with this exclusive structure with the charisma of split ability. With walls and steps to site on and chit chat, an outside kitchen area for cooking together with planted apple trees, all form a visual retreat for the viewers. With its layout being comprised of 3 staggered levels, the house has been designed with wood completely.
