Spiretec By STL Defines A Ventilated And Articulated Cavity
This project put forth India’s spirit of the times and its balance between the deposit of culture and the destiny for leadership. The exterior view of the building visually unifies the entire campus. It is based on double layer exterior wall that characterize a aerated and articulated cavity while the outer layer is composed of panels of geometric patterns which provide different degrees of transparency. These panels sift the sunlight and disclose the delicate colors based on chromatic variant of the local fabric. This space serves as a 24-7 activity center and a community hub for New Spiritec Campus. Verities of drought resistant plants are placed on the vertical walls.
